Roles & Responsibilities

Backend Development & Maintenance:
Build, test, and maintain scalable, reusable PHP modules for our e-commerce platform with a focus on clean and efficient code.

API & Third-Party Integrations:
Implement and manage integrations with external services such as payment gateways, logistics partners, and other third-party APIs.

Database Design & Optimization:
Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases to support high-volume transactions while ensuring data integrity and performance.

Performance, Security & Bug Resolution:
Enhance system performance through backend optimization, proactively resolve bugs, and follow secure coding practices to protect against vulnerabilities like SQL injection and XSS.

Team Collaboration & Documentation:
Collaborate with front-end developers for smooth API integration and user experience, while maintaining thorough and up-to-date technical documentation.
Requirements
You're probably a match if you have:

PHP Development Expertise (3–5 Years):
Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in Core PHP development, with a deep understanding of synchronous behavior, MVC architecture, and best coding practices for scalable backend solutions.

Front-End Collaboration:
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript to support seamless integration with front-end teams.

Database & Git Proficiency:
Skilled in MySQL database management and query optimization. Comfortable using Git for version control and team collaboration.

Security & Problem Solving:
Aware of common web vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS) and solutions. Strong debugging and analytical skills.

E-Commerce & API Integration:
Experience with e-commerce platforms, including payment gateway and third-party API integrations.
