Roles & Responsibilities
Be the:
- Team Handling: Manage and mentor a team of customer support specialists, creating a high-energy, collaborative environment where customer care is a priority.

Customer Interaction: Be the face and voice of GameNation to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction via phone calls, chat, and email.

Business Development: Identify and implement strategies to improve response times, service quality, and overall support efficiency to elevate the customer experience.

Inbound Sales: Ensure smooth handling of product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, making sure our customers feel valued at every step.

Process Adherence: Use our support software efficiently and stay informed on the latest tools and technologies to streamline support operations.
Requirements
You're a match if you have:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, including 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Problem-solving skills, with a resourceful approach to quickly finding effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using data to shape support strategies and offer actionable insights to other teams.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear, simple way.
