As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities
Be the:
- Voice of Our Brand: Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to our products, services, and orders across multiple channels via phone, email, or live chat.
- Expert Problem Solver: Assist customers with technical issues, from consoles to games/accessories, guiding them through their options and troubleshoot any challenges.
- Collaborative Champion: Work closely with the sales & logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences by ensuring timely deliveries and quick resolves.
- Detailed Record Keeper: Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system which help our team provide better service.
- Continuous Improvement Advocate: Refine our customer support processes by sharing your insights and feedback, ensuring that they’re resolved efficiently.
Requirements
You're a match if you have:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a customer support or sales support role, ideally in the gaming or tech industry.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi are mandatory, as you'll be expected to communicate effectively across multiple channels.
- Cool Under Pressure: Challenging customer situations? No problem. You stay calm, composed, and find the right solution every time.
- Technical skills: You know your way around customer support software, CRM systems, and ticketing tools like a pro.
