Are you a results-driven Customer Relationship Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills? At GameNation, we’re seeking a CRM professional who is ready to lead customer engagement efforts while directly connecting with our users. In this role, you will not only develop and implement CRM strategies but also make direct customer calls to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and ensure a smooth and personalised experience for our gaming community. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer behaviour, implementing tailored CRM strategies, and optimising every stage of the customer journey.

Roles & ​Responsibilities
Be the:​ 

  • Lead Like a Pro: Take the helm and guide a team of talented sales support professionals. Ensure smooth, efficient operations that keep both our customers and team thriving. 
  • Streamline for Success: Design and implement processes that optimise our sales support functions and drive team efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Be the Go-To Guru: When complex customer issues arise, you’re the expert who steps in to resolve them swiftly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Make Customer Connections: Engage directly with customers through outbound calls to gather insights, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer journey. 
  • Track, Analyse, Win: Monitor team performance, analyse data, and uncover trends. Your insights will help us continuously improve and keep us ahead.
  • Train to Gain: Conduct training sessions and workshops to share your knowledge and experience. You’ll help your team enhance their skills and stay sharp in all aspects. 

Requirements
You're probably a match if you have:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales support or a related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role. You know what it takes to lead and succeed.
  • Leadership Skills: You’re not just a manager—you’re a leader. With excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes, you inspire and motivate your team.  
  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Your communication skills will help bridge any gaps and connect with a diverse audience. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. You’re comfortable using technology to drive results.
  • Cool Under Pressure: Challenging customer situations? No problem. You stay calm, composed, and find the right solution every time.
